Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Be free from any damage or signs of use (unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt).
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Carefully package the item, including all original contents, and clearly mark your return package with the RAN provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- Free Return Shipping: If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, except in the case of returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please follow the return process to return your item, and place a new order for the replacement product. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
